Our aim is to provide you with a fresh look, a fresh approach, a fresh menu, fresh ideas, and of course, a fresh Head Chef. Scott Edgar has joined Souths as the new Head Chef. Scott has over 20 years experience as a Chef and has worked both locally and internationally.
